Associate (Venture Capital)

Location: United States Work at Home

Salary: USD 114,100–190,100 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Identify investment themes and develop strategic theses to guide sourcing.
• Build relationships with internal business leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and improve data-driven deal pipeline processes.
• Qualify investment opportunities through initial contact, data gathering, assessment, and relationship development.
• Lead key parts of market, financial, valuation, and other investment diligence.
• Prepare polished investment memoranda and materials while supporting post-investment execution and fund administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, venture capital, and/or investment banking.
• Healthcare services experience is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, actionable messaging and collaborate across multiple work streams and leadership levels.
