MBA Finance Summer Associate

Location: New York City, United States; four days per week in hirify.global's New York headquarters in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Annual base salary: $88,500–$147,500

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to business units including Commercial Biopharma, Research & Development, Global Supply, and Business Development.
• Work on meaningful finance projects addressing key business issues and operational needs.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Evaluate pricing drivers, outsourcing opportunities, risk management, capital structure, and cash flow.
• Develop and analyze investment models, co-promotion profit split models, and loss-of-exclusivity impact.
• Interact with senior Finance colleagues and build relationships across the Finance organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Enrollment in a full-time MBA program.
• First-year MBA student graduating in spring 2028.
• At least two years of full-time work experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Permanent or indefinitely renewable authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
