Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Manhattan, New York City; five-day-a-week in-office role. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, flexible depending on years of experience.

What you will do

• Run customer kickoff calls and align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deployment success criteria.
• Build and manage deployment project plans, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders through go-live.
• Present product overviews and progress updates to operators and executives.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues throughout implementation.
• Train end users, drive product adoption, and identify deployment risks early.
• Hand off live, stable customers to Customer Success and share recurring deployment feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or onboarding at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience managing the full implementation lifecycle for a software product.
• Experience running kickoff calls, presenting to stakeholders, and independently managing project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deployment deadlines and manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong ownership, written and verbal communication, organization, and deadline management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area and work in the office five days per week.
