Location: Hybrid role based in Guangzhou, China

What you will do
- Manage stock transfer orders and replenishment activities across affiliate markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks to maintain business continuity and service quality.
- Optimize inventory levels and improve inventory health across distribution centers.
- Maintain planning master data and support process enhancements in SAP.
- Generate and analyze demand forecasts, facilitate planning reviews, and improve forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and use data to support planning decisions.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP or other advanced planning tools.
- Experience in demand, inventory, or supply planning within manufacturing or FMCG.
