What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage cloud network infrastructure using Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Manage network security through firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and cloud security solutions.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain high availability.
- Manage network component upgrades, patching, migrations, and lifecycle activities.
- Integrate cloud services with on-premises systems and automate network provisioning and configuration.
- Document network configurations, recommend improvements, and participate in the network on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Technical associate degree or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a network engineer focused on cloud-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of VPCs, VNCs, VNets, and Direct Connect, FastConnect, or ExpressRoute.
- Experience with network security tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python or PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and self-management skills.
Nice to have
- Network certification in Oracle OCI, AWS, or Azure.
