Supply Chain Quality Specialist Leader Forging, Casting and ALM (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead supplier audits covering metal forging, die casting, sand casting, mold casting, and additive layer manufacturing.
• Plan, execute, report, and follow up on audits to improve supplier quality performance.
• Lead a team of 5 full-time employees.
• Develop quality management strategies for forging, casting, and ALM suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and external suppliers to define quality requirements.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and participate in supplier qualification and selection.

Requirements

• Experience in audit management and audit processing in a complex manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Practical knowledge of die casting, metal casting, metal forging, mold casting, and sand casting.
• Expertise in quality management systems and methodologies, including AS/EN 9100 and ISO 9001.
• Strong understanding of additive layer manufacturing processes and related quality considerations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, metallurgy, quality management, or a related technical field; fluency in English is required.
