Training and Tech Pubs Intern (Video Production)

What you will do

• Review the existing hirify.globalONE training video library and identify videos requiring updates after UI changes.
• Re-record and edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment.
• Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to trim footage, add callouts and annotations, synchronize voiceovers, and create captions.
• Match the tone, pacing, and structure of the existing PTE Online Help video library.
• Work with the Training team to prioritize videos based on product areas and upcoming client UI upgrades.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Communications, Film or Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software, such as Camtasia or similar tools.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and produce clean, consistent, professional-looking video content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow structured scripts or outlines and take direction from subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with instructional design principles or e-learning content development.
