Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; on-site corporate role

Salary: $72,000–$96,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct needs analyses and translate complex business content into practical, engaging learning experiences.
• Design and develop blended learning programs, including instructor-led and virtual training, eLearning, job aids, videos, graphics, presentations, and facilitator materials.
• Build interactive digital learning with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Shoot, edit, and produce video-based learning and create branded graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Lead training programs and cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate training, support field implementation, analyze feedback and performance results, and continuously improve learning solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development, or training program/project management.
• Experience developing blended learning solutions and leading training initiatives from concept through execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design, eLearning, graphic design, or video-based learning projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management, facilitation, collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to field locations for observation, feedback collection, solution testing, and coaching.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in instructional design, graphic design, education, or a related field.
• Experience with Workday Learning or another enterprise learning management system.
• Experience with Monday.com, videography, photography, graphic design, or multimedia production.
• Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, entertainment, or multi-unit field operations.
