Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance (USA)

What you will do

• Maintain and repair store facilities, equipment, fixtures, and assets using multiple trade skills.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment repairs.
• Use the work order management system to receive reactive repair requests and document completed work.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues through inspection, operation, and testing.
• Complete required safety training and operate hand tools, power tools, equipment, and vehicles safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical certification, and either five years of relevant trade experience or seven years of relevant trade experience without the certification.
• Relevant experience may include plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related trade.
• Valid state-issued driver's license, clean driving record, eligibility for a Commercial Driver's License, and ability to pass an MVR report.
• At least one year of experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently use ladders, and work at heights.

Nice to have

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
