What you will do
- Coordinate major incidents and support local and global IT incidents and service requests.
- Provide technical support for user devices, software, printers, peripherals, and network-connected equipment.
- Manage IT equipment procurement, inventory, asset registers, software licenses, and PC lending pools.
- Support identity and access management, PC security, disk encryption, virus checks, and access controls.
- Monitor automatic jobs, hardware interfaces, and the stability of the user platform, escalating issues when required.
- Create knowledge articles and technical documentation, deliver user familiarization training, and contribute to IT projects and service improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in IT support.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Broad understanding of IT hardware, software, networks, and communications.
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, printer troubleshooting, and print management.
- Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and CMDB processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, ITSM tools, technical documentation, and knowledge article creation.
