What you will do
- Advise business leaders and managers on daily HR matters, including policy compliance, disciplinary processes, counselling, employee relations, labour law, and exits.
- Propose and implement HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
- Support manpower planning, workforce utilization, job design, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Monitor external employment environment changes and recommend appropriate HR actions.
- Act as the local HRIS user and coordinate with IT and HR and non-HR users.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, develop data management workflows and user manuals, and conduct user training.
Requirements
- Fresh degree in any discipline.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of local employment law is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and information for new HR program planning.
