Client Relationship Manager I (Corporate Trust)

Location: Houston, TX, United States; may require up to 25% travel.

Salary: $107,395–$132,661 for Bloomington, MN, or $115,435–$142,595 for Boston, MA, depending on the specific job location; annual bonus, incentives, and restricted stock may also apply.

What you will do

• Manage corporate trust client relationships, including clients managing CLOs and leveraged finance facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting delivery with assigned client service associates.
• Partner with business development officers on new business conversations and relationship development.
• Review and accept new client relationships in line with account acceptance policies and procedures.
• Review client reporting, respond to stakeholder queries, and coordinate required changes or information.
• Identify operational risks, resolve service issues, and implement process and system improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and banking practices.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in Houston, TX, with up to 25% travel as required.
