Relationship Manager Senior CB (Commercial Banking)

Location: In office at 18111 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine, California, US 92612

Salary: $122,535–$208,715 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with commercial clients and prospects in assigned segments and geographic areas.
• Present banking products, financing opportunities, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare relationship plans, calling schedules, and business development strategies, including referrals and cross-selling.
• Negotiate, price, document, and close loan transactions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, credit quality, risk, account activity, and adherence to policy.
• Analyze problem credits, resolve client and internal issues, and coordinate product specialists and other bank departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of lending experience.
• Minimum 5 years of credit experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit policies, underwriting standards, bank operations, and applicable products and services.
• Strong credit analysis, accounting, sales, marketing, cross-selling, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, make sound business decisions, and communicate effectively.
