Relationship Manager CB (Commercial Banking)

Location: In office at 2029 Century Park East, Los Angeles, California, US

Starting base salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with commercial clients and prospects in assigned segments or geographic areas.
• Identify client needs and present banking, lending, and financing solutions, involving product specialists when needed.
• Prepare relationship plans and calling schedules, generate referrals, and support cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Negotiate, price, document, and close loan transactions in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor relationship profitability, portfolio quality, credit risk, account activity, and adherence to policy.
• Analyze problem credits, resolve client and internal issues, and prepare recommendations and reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of lending experience.
• At least 3 years of credit experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit policies, underwriting standards, banking operations, and applicable financial products.
• Strong credit analysis, accounting, sales, marketing, cross-selling, and client relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
