Engineer I - Global Technology - Technology Services

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 support for Windows endpoint issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation resolution.
• Manage endpoint lifecycles through OS deployment, application deployment, patching, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Maintain Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Mobile Device Management, and endpoint security environments.
• Coordinate regional data center operations, including remote hands services, hardware installations, moves, changes, asset records, rack layouts, and capacity planning.
• Manage vendors, hardware procurement, software licensing, circuit provisioning, renewals, and billing validation.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams on technology rollouts, compliance, infrastructure projects, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience with Windows endpoints, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint support.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Autopilot, endpoint deployment, patching, and compliance monitoring.
• Experience developing automation solutions with PowerShell and/or Python and using Git-based source control.
• Understanding of data center operations, including rack space, power, cooling, UPS, HVAC, environmental monitoring, and hardware handling.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organization, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across global, regional, and local teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ year of experience in data center, infrastructure, vendor coordination, or regional technology operations.
• Experience managing technical projects with multiple stakeholders or working in a regional or global technology support environment.
