Integration Support Technician I

Location: Must come to the hirify.global office in Chantilly, Virginia daily; onsite work at the hirify.global Datacenter and local client sites is also required. Travel throughout DC, Maryland, Virginia, and extended regions may be required. U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet clearance requirements are required.

What you will do

• Configure endpoints, servers, workstations, network storage, and system appliances.
• Image client workstations and dispatch hardware according to standard operating procedures.
• Support endpoint refresh projects using Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager.
• Pre-stage servers, switches, routers, storage, and other technical devices.
• Rack, stack, configure, label, and cable unified racks from multiple OEMs.
• Manage customer assets in the warehouse and reconcile inventory data for accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• At least 2 years of IT experience in an imaging or integration environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, endpoint imaging, MDT/WDS/SCCM, and golden image management.
• Experience with asset inventory, ticketing, and inventory tools such as ServiceNow, Autotask, Unanet, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Understanding of Active Directory, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• U.S. citizenship, daily attendance at the Chantilly office, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Microsoft Technology Associate certification.
• Experience with Azure AD, Autopilot, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Windows operating systems and macOS.
