TL;DR

What you will do
- Administer SCCM/MECM and manage device collections for China-region endpoint assets.
- Package, deploy, upgrade, and remove software while maintaining SSRS/SQL reports for inventory, licensing, and distribution status.
- Coordinate enterprise patch deployments through WSUS and SCCM, monitor compliance, investigate root causes, and remediate failed or non-compliant devices.
- Develop PowerShell and other automation scripts to resolve recurring patching and endpoint management issues.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support, Windows OS imaging, deployment media, configuration baselines, and hardware compatibility diagnostics.
- Lead technical projects involving scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a senior endpoint engineering role.
- Expert hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, application packaging, deployment orchestration, client health remediation, and enterprise WSUS patching.
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, WIM image customization, driver integration, task sequences, and deployment media.
- Advanced SCCM and SSRS/SQL reporting skills, plus proficiency in PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, Modern Desktop, MCSA, or MCSE-equivalent certification.
- ITIL Foundation, PMP, or related IT service delivery certification.
