Growth Analyst

Location: New York City, hybrid; most of the NYC team works in person from the Flatiron office

Salary: $90,000 OTE plus equity depending on level

What you will do

• Source new opportunities across target venture capital, enterprise, and startup accounts.
• Identify product champions and relevant personas within target accounts.
• Create and engage customers through personalized messaging.
• Schedule and support Account Executive discovery meetings.
• Identify and communicate ways to improve sales and prospecting processes.

Requirements

• Desire to work in person in New York City.
• Track record of excelling in challenging environments.
• Scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to help refine processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills across sales, engineering, and data science audiences.
