Warehouse Lead (eCommerce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; onsite at a hirify.global warehouse location

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, depending on location

What you will do

• Run daily shifts, including opening and closing the location, team deployment, and operational readiness.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff, provide real-time feedback, and train new team members.
• Perform hands-on floor work across dock operations, receiving, and services.
• Support members by answering questions, resolving issues, conducting tours, and managing onboarding.
• Audit team output and service execution using Pulse, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Monitor demand and capacity, identify recurring inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of team leadership experience in operations, retail, hospitality, warehousing, fulfillment, or a similar environment.
• Experience running shifts and maintaining operational standards.
• Comfort with daily physical, hands-on warehouse work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give direct feedback and escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn Slack, Parsel, Shopify, scheduling, reporting, and shipping platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
