Principal Recruitment Partner - Delivery

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity for white-collar vacancies across the Kier MSP account.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insight, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate sourcing teams and suppliers, build talent pipelines, and maintain candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Recruitment Partners.
• Support account targets, reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activity is compliant and accurately recorded in recruitment systems.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience, ideally in MSP, RPO, construction, infrastructure, or professional services environments.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or managing others.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
