Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote, hybrid or studio-based in the United Kingdom; the UK studio is based in St Albans. Proof of the right to work in the UK is required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle permanent, freelance and project recruitment across technical, creative, production, product and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, screen and assess candidates while providing a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, support offers and onboarding, and maintain hiring momentum.
• Build candidate relationships and talent pipelines while providing market insight to stakeholders.
• Identify hiring risks and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, tools and operating practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment and attracting high-quality talent.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels and manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing requirements and exercising sound judgement.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and the UK hiring landscape.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

• Recruitment experience in technology, creative, games, VFX, media or entertainment.
• Experience recruiting technical and creative talent across multiple disciplines.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
• Experience improving recruiting processes, tools or operational practices.
• Experience mentoring recruiters or working in scaling organisations.
