Operations Manager | Boston

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, with regular travel between stores within the market

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of General Managers.
• Recruit leaders and support managers through performance, development, and employee relations.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, staffing, and training across the district.
• Maintain hospitality, food safety, cleanliness, quality, and brand standards across cafés.
• Own district sales, labor, and profitability performance using data and operational insights.
• Partner with headquarters teams on launches, process improvements, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations and developing managers.
• Strong operational, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and lead through change.
• Full-time availability of 50 hours per week, including 5 days of availability and 2 peak days, usually Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
