Sr Manager, Programming Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement (R)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events is expected.

Salary: $133,000–$173,000 annual

What you will do

• Identify, implement, manage, and optimize data analytics solutions aligned with the strategic vision of Programming.
• Build R-based tools to accelerate clinical analytics delivery.
• Work with Programming leadership, internal partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Propose technical solutions using relevant technologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related discipline, plus 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in statistical programming and analytics within pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical development.
• Ability to work fully remotely from anywhere, with occasional travel for team meetings or events.
