Senior Manager, Value & Access Insights – Cross Portfolio Innovation

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; hybrid commuter role with on-site work two days per week

Salary: $163,072.50–$220,627.50 annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-portfolio value-evidence strategies addressing priority payer questions and supporting access decisions.
• Assess evidence gaps and create reusable analytical frameworks, methodologies, and data assets across brands.
• Identify and scale innovative tools and analytical approaches for payer and provider contracting and pricing.
• Own business and analytics roadmaps for Contracting IQ, Price Elasticity Predictor, and other priority products.
• Guide solution design, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver ad hoc scenario analyses, bid and negotiation support, leadership recommendations, and cross-functional innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• PhD plus 2 years, master's degree plus 4 years, or bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare analytics, market access, HEOR, or strategy consulting is preferred.
• Experience developing value-evidence strategies or analytics supporting payer decision-making, access strategy, or customer engagement.
• Experience leading analytical products or strategic workstreams from problem definition through deployment, adoption, impact measurement, and improvement.
• Strong statistical and machine-learning experience, with proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Anaplan, or business-intelligence platforms.
• Strong communication, executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, influencing, documentation, and analytical rigor.
