Associate Director, Benefits & Mobility (Biotechnology)

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; hybrid role

Base pay: $146,410–$192,164 per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Design, govern, and deliver employee benefits and mobility programs.
• Own U.S. benefits programs while providing global oversight of benefits frameworks across countries of operation.
• Lead the U.S.-based Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence.
• Perform hands-on benefits operations, system configuration, vendor management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure benefit programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs.
• Support scalable, consistent benefits governance and a strong employee experience.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Experience leading benefits and mobility programs with U.S. accountability and global visibility.
• Ability to combine strategic ownership with direct operational execution.
• Capability to manage vendors, configure systems, and resolve benefits issues.
