Senior Program Manager (SPM) - Mastocytosis

Location: Cambridge, MA; US and Puerto Rico residents only

Salary: $122,250–$176,583.33 per year

What you will do

• Drive program management initiatives for the Mastocytosis therapeutic area in partnership with the Medical Program Lead.
• Operationalize Global Medical Team strategies, deliverables, lifecycle management initiatives, and launch programs.
• Coordinate company-sponsored, investigator-sponsored, and real-world evidence study lifecycles, milestones, budgets, and approvals.
• Lead integrated evidence generation planning with Medical, Brand, Clinical Sciences and Operations, and other functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making while optimizing workflows and compliance.
• Manage portfolio-level activities using harmonized program management tools and support alliance partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required; an advanced scientific degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of project or program management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, or scientific environments.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into tactical plans and managing complex cross-functional programs through completion.
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a matrix environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and working knowledge of project or program management software such as SharePoint Apps or MS Project.
