Technical Lead / EPM (RF)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite at 1730 Fox Drive

Annual base salary: USD 143,800–230,000, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams developing and optimizing Antenna Tuner products for NR 5G, LTE-Advanced, and Wi-Fi.
• Drive hardware development from concept through mass production for Tier-1 mobile customers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for key customers and align specifications with delivery schedules.
• Manage project timelines, internal resources, risks, and milestone delivery.
• Guide module debugging, impedance tuning, aperture tuning, and optimization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in the wireless RF industry.
• Hands-on expertise with Antenna Tuners, aperture tuning, impedance tuning, RF switches, and tunable capacitors.
• Experience in project management or technical leadership and direct interaction with Tier-1 mobile or smartphone customers.
• Ability to lead independently, meet tight deadlines, and communicate and document effectively.
