Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; relocation eligible; travel required 10% of the time

What you will do

• Design or modify electrical and electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform engineering analysis and generate test reports and alpha/gamma documentation for product releases.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of electrical components and equipment.
• Identify sources of critical parts and subsystems and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex electrical problems and implement electrical solutions.
• Assist with electrical product specifications and communicate complex information clearly.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in electrical engineering and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Proficiency with schematic design software such as OrCAD and Altium.
• Proficiency with layout design software such as Allegro and Altium.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a hardware design engineer or in a similar role is preferred.
