Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant (Emerging Pharma)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts or New York, New York, United States. Hybrid working model with regular work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices; travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
• Translate business problems and user requirements into technical designs, solution visions, prototypes, and architectures.
• Lead project modules and workstreams while participating in hands-on implementation.
• Work with technical architects to validate implementation approaches and apply development best practices.
• Support project delivery through planning, staffing, risk mitigation, task distribution, testing, deployment, and operations planning.
• Manage and mentor diverse project teams and guide high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with academic excellence.
• 3+ years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Experience leading project teams, driving end-to-end activities, meeting milestones, and mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, algorithms, and data structures, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid United States-based role with required client travel.
