Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics

Location: Concord, MA — Boston Metro only

Base compensation: $160,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Own field KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting solutions for national, regional, territory, account, and customer-level performance.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of field dashboard capabilities.
• Partner with field teams to define requirements and translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Lead sub-national and ad hoc analyses covering field strategy, customer engagement, territory performance, and commercial execution.
• Collaborate with Data Management, IT, external vendors, and analytics partners to deliver reliable solutions and manage multiple initiatives.
• Train and support field teams while monitoring dashboard utilization, performance, feedback, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and SQL, plus experience with Veeva CRM, alignment management software, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI development, field performance measurement, commercial insight generation, and pharmaceutical commercial datasets.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
