Manager, BI Rept Delivery Lead - Oncology

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Operations and Business Unit stakeholders on business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Elicit, document, design, build, and test end-to-end BI and reporting products.
• Drive BI product development through user experience design, prototyping, development, and continuous improvement.
• Support Commercial Sales Operations and coordinate with IT, internal partners, and third-party vendors.
• Manage source files, data sources, and internal and external data exchanges supporting the US Business Unit.
• Oversee data flows and report refreshes while working with master data management and data warehousing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of BI reporting experience.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including work with pharmaceutical data sets such as IQVIA Xponent, CRM, and multichannel engagement data.
• Strong experience with a major BI tool such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau; Power BI is preferred.
• Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements and managing multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners.
• Functional knowledge of databases and SQL, with an intermediate understanding of data warehousing for the North American Business Unit.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
