Software Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid model with office attendance based on collaboration needs

Total compensation: €69,000–€86,000 per year, including a performance-based variable component

What you will do

• Define and guide architectural choices for products evolving toward multi-tenant SaaS cloud services.
• Translate business and product objectives into sustainable software architectures.
• Guide the design of domains, services, APIs, and events across engineering teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and evaluate architectural options, risks, and systemic impacts.
• Drive modular, interoperable, and extensible system architectures across products.
• Design architectures for AI-enabled products integrating data, models, and intelligent automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture and related technical domains.
• Experience designing and evolving complex distributed systems in hyperscaler environments.
• Experience with API-driven, event-driven, modular, and scalable architectures.
• Ability to make and justify architectural trade-offs involving legacy systems, operational stability, scalability, and cost.
• Experience designing AI- and data-driven software services, including assessing model degradation, explainability, risks, and production boundaries.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.

• Experience modelling complex application domains with Domain-Driven Design principles.
