Focus on resolving escalated access issues, educating healthcare offices, developing geographic business plans, and conducting compliant HCP visits across an assigned geography.
Location: Charleston, West Virginia, United States (Remote); approximately 50% travel within the assigned geography and to meetings, trainings, and programs.

What you will do
- Serve as a field subject matter expert on patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and alternative funding for Dupixent.
- Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support healthcare office personnel with education on reimbursement processes, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
- Develop and execute geographic business plans that improve appropriate access to Dupixent and support patient pull-through.
- Monitor the local and national payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
- Conduct compliant HCP office visits, resolve escalated access issues, and help reduce cycle time and improve patient conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another relevant industry.
- Experience with cross-functional teamwork, matrix organizations, and co-promotion.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned geography.
Nice to have
- Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
- Experience working with state societies, associations, and patient advocacy groups.
