Experienced Tire Service Supervisor Full Time

What you will do

• Supervise tire bay team members, scheduling and staffing coverage while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Install, sell, repair, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Maintain and safely operate tire installation equipment, order supplies, and manage tire and automotive product displays.
• Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with the Home Office on member tire needs.
• Monitor sales and cash transactions, maintain inventory and records, and complete tire bay audits and checklists.
• Coach, train, evaluate, motivate, and develop tire bay team members while maintaining club policies and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment.
• Leadership experience supervising teams, training team members, and communicating results.
• Basic computer, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds with assistance and work continuously standing, moving, bending, climbing, kneeling, and handling machinery.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or college degree.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience.
• Level 400 certified technician qualification.
• Ability to complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
