Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

hirify.global is a growing startup that maps subsurface infrastructure and provides real-time utility data for the construction industry.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and teams on organizational structure, talent development, performance, and people-related decisions.
• Build company-wide HR programs, processes, frameworks, and operational infrastructure from the ground up.
• Support performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and calibration processes.
• Design and lead learning experiences, workshops, manager enablement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Improve HR workflows, systems, policies, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead cross-company projects from concept through execution in partnership with the Head of HR and the wider HR team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across multiple HR disciplines in fast-paced technology environments.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner working closely with managers and teams.
• Experience in a global environment; experience supporting US-based teams is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.
• Strong analytical, project management, prioritization, communication, and judgment skills.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.
