Business Development Manager (Biotech)

Location: San Francisco Peninsula territory; ideally based in the Bay Area, United States

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 base annually, based on experience, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Implement sales and marketing strategies for custom life science service lines.
• Grow and develop an assigned sales territory in collaboration with Regional Managers and Technical Solution Managers.
• Manage customer accounts, follow up on quotes and leads, and support sales conversion.
• Conduct customer visits and attend virtual meetings to build commercial relationships.
• Promote hirify.global services, build brand awareness, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of science and business, including relevant corporate contacts.
• Experience or capability in business development, sales, account management, and lead follow-up.
• Ability to support the San Francisco Peninsula territory and ideally reside in the Bay Area.
• Ability to travel in the field for customer visits and attend virtual meetings.
