Partnerships Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote, United States; associated with Manassas, Virginia

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 annually, plus potential incentive compensation, merit increases, and a corporate bonus program.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and advance partnership and business development opportunities.
• Support hirify.global’s commercial strategy, scientific mission, and growth priorities.
• Contribute to diligence, valuation, negotiations, governance, and implementation activities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Science, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, technology, academic, or research environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and support negotiations, diligence, valuation, governance, and implementation.
