Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)-1 (Logistics)

Location: Hope Mills, North Carolina, United States; onsite at the regional logistics facility

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement the business plan for the assigned logistics area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis, and take action to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring training, policy compliance, and accurate procedure documentation.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, coaching, training, hiring, and evaluation.
• Build collaborative, high-performing teams while promoting integrity, inclusion, continuous improvement, and customer-focused decision-making.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, safety, quality, and associate performance in a logistics environment.
