Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Location: Onsite at 2785 Commerce Center Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, expenses, capital expenditures, asset utilization, and business reports.
• Manage daily maintenance operations for warehouse equipment, building systems, electrical systems, refrigeration, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste, NFPA, stormwater, DOT, and other applicable regulations.
• Supervise, coach, train, evaluate, and develop associates, managers, and supervisors while supporting hiring and promotion decisions.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns and promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or technical school certification in an industrial-related field plus one year of related maintenance supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree in business, industrial, logistics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, qualifying experience includes one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance-related environment, two years of Walmart Logistics maintenance experience with six months leading a work or project team, or two years of industrial supervisory experience with one year in maintenance.
• Experience must include supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in hiring or promotion.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments is required.
