Location: Hope Mills, North Carolina, United States; onsite at 1057 Sand Hill Rd

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone compensation and stock.

What you will do

• Implement the business plan for the assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis while maintaining facility quality and safety standards.
• Train associates on logistics policies, procedures, standards, and safety requirements, and monitor compliance.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, coaching, training, hiring, promotion, and evaluation.
• Build high-performing teams, promote integrity and inclusion, and support continuous improvement and new technologies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Successfully complete all job-required training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
