Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC) (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 2785 Commerce Center Blvd, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18015, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual base salary, plus potential performance bonuses, regional pay zone adjustments, and stock.

What you will do

• Implement business plans for the assigned fulfillment area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and review business reports to support production, quality, and facility goals.
• Maintain logistics, quality, and safety standards by ensuring training, policy compliance, and accurate procedure documentation.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotion activities.
• Drive continuous improvement while supporting Walmart's values, compliance standards, and customer-focused operating models.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, two years of supervisory experience, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, or two years of Walmart Logistics experience.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
• Ability to supervise associates, coordinate workloads, analyze operational reports, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supervising associates or working as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
