Regional Property Manager

Location: San Diego, California, USA; oversight of multiple assets in the Greater San Diego Area.

Salary: USD 120,000–145,000 per year plus annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Community Managers and their teams.
• Oversee operations across multiple apartment communities.
• Manage property budgets, revenue growth, and operational and financial goals.
• Direct leasing and maintenance activities while supporting resident satisfaction.
• Provide service to residents and team members and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• 5+ years of consistent experience leading large teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach diverse teams.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce.
