Maintenance Technician II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform scheduled maintenance on machine tools, including cleaning, lubrication, filter changes, belt replacement, adjustments, and basic repairs.
• Troubleshoot and complete increasingly complex repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, machine-performance improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete occasional CAD projects for the facilities and maintenance departments.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining the CMMS program while following quality and safety standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, prioritizing safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent military experience, in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, including motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Vocational or technical school training or an associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.
• Experience with injection molding machines and CNC equipment.
