AVP, Marketing - Content and Media (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead content and media strategy for prospect marketing, advisor acquisition, and business growth.
• Manage media placements, sponsorships, budgets, partner relationships, and agency collaboration.
• Develop integrated campaigns across sponsored content, digital media, email, webinars, podcasts, and social media.
• Create and manage content for LPL.com, blogs, white papers, articles, social channels, and sales enablement.
• Coordinate interviews, reviews, approvals, and campaign assets with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, media marketing, strategic marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies with measurable business results.
• 5+ years of experience managing media partnerships, sponsored content programs, placement plans, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
• 5+ years of experience creating content and messaging for digital, email, web, thought leadership, and sales enablement channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, financial services, fintech, or advisor-facing organizations.
• Experience working with external agencies, publishers, industry media organizations, and executives.
• Background in content marketing or prospect marketing.
