Senior Content Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, North America

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 USD per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Create full-funnel content including blogs, customer stories, web pages, ebooks, and whitepapers.
• Develop messaging frameworks and content architecture that connect positioning across channels and buyer stages.
• Manage editorial governance, including briefs, review workflows, brand standards, and content refresh schedules.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, sales, creative, and subject-matter experts.
• Lead organic search strategy with agency partners across topic architecture, keywords, internal linking, page structure, SEO, and AI search.
• Run content audits, analyze performance data, and present strategy insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience with ownership of multiple content channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical value propositions clearly.
• Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, and AIO best practices.
• Experience managing content through ideation, drafting, review, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly finance, FP&A, or related software categories.
• Experience with social media management tools, content repositories, ABM strategies, and full-funnel content journeys.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for drafting and production workflows.
