Vice President, Channel Marketing Manager (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies and multi-year plans aligned with business growth and distribution priorities.
• Own client segmentation and audience strategy, using insights and analytics to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing investment.
• Lead campaigns across digital, content, events, creative, analytics, paid media, and sales enablement channels.
• Partner with sales leadership and client-facing teams to translate business needs into actionable marketing programs.
• Measure performance, use automation and marketing technology to improve efficiency, and refine campaigns through testing and client feedback.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure marketing activities meet applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing.
• Experience with intermediary, institutional, and/or financial advisor segments and investment decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, events, paid media, and sales enablement.
• Experience using data, marketing technology, automation, and AI to improve campaign effectiveness and scalability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment products such as models, alternatives, municipals, SMAs, and ETFs.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Seismic.
• Agile marketing experience.
