Senior Manager, Technology Marketing, Schwab Advisor Services Marketing

Location: Westlake, TX or Austin, TX; onsite work is required four days per week.

Salary: USD $125,000–$155,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with product owners and subject matter experts to communicate the features and benefits of advisor technology solutions.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across email, online promotions, sales collateral, videos, demos, and website content.
• Lead content and creative development from strategy and briefing through production, compliance review, and launch.
• Manage communication campaigns across client experience, messaging, brand, content, style, quality, and frequency.
• Analyze campaign performance against business goals and identify opportunities to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Manage external agencies, project budgets, vendor invoicing, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or program marketing experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of client experience, marketing practices, and multi-channel promotional programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting, editing, proofreading, and marketing content development.
• Strong persuasion and presentation skills, including experience creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines and connect strategic objectives to tactical execution.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, collaborate across business lines, and resolve complex issues.

• Understanding of investment advisors’ technology and operational needs.
• Familiarity with advisor technology, AI agents, and cryptocurrency.
