Maintenance Technician

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; regular in-person, on-site attendance required

hirify.global, through JLG, develops access equipment including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles, and accessories.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Maintain and repair CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots, welders, and compressed air systems.
• Service HVAC, lighting, sprinkler, plumbing, and office fixture systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Record materials, requisition parts electronically, assist with space organization, and support maintenance projects and contractor logistics.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, 6S standards, and reliable attendance expectations.

Requirements

• Must work in person and on site in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or moving vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including CNC equipment, and read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC ladder logic, three-phase electrical power, electrical components, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to operate or work with forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, power tools, and computerized maintenance management systems.
