Industrial Maintenance Technician I (Electrical)

Location: On-site in Pensacola, Florida, United States. Night shift from 5:45 pm to 6:15 am on a rotating schedule of four days on and four days off.

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, general, installation, troubleshooting, and emergency maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and process issues.
• Maintain computer-controlled process lines, pneumatic and electrically operated control systems, pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Service production, facilities, and auxiliary equipment, including boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and purified water treatment systems.
• Document completed work in SAP, CMMS, or another maintenance management system and prepare reports.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in an industrial plant, field maintenance, electrical, mechanical, multi-craft, or engineering technician environment.
• Demonstrated electrical knowledge or practical experience.
• Ability to accurately document maintenance work in a CMMS or similar system.
• Ability to work on-site in Pensacola and cover the rotating night shift.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PLCs, logical controls, and associated programming software.
• Experience troubleshooting programmable frequency drives and understanding their relationship to the process.
