Flex Nurse Educator - Atlanta W, GA

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; candidates must reside within the specific geography and in the country where the job is posted. Hybrid role combining remote patient education with in-field coverage, including home visits, as needed. Travel up to 50% for field assignments.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver remote education on disease states, medication administration, and treatment adherence through phone, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging.
• Provide in-person patient education and home-visit support during territory vacancies and staff coverage assignments.
• Connect patients with program-approved resources, address access barriers, and encourage communication with healthcare providers.
• Document patient interactions accurately, follow approved protocols, and maintain program KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Field Leadership on training, strategic planning, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; compact multi-state licensure is preferred, and additional state licenses may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Must reside within the specific geography and in the country where the job is posted.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. California RN licensure may be required for candidates residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, documentation, virtual-platform, MS Office, and iPad skills.
• Private designated workspace at home and a valid driver’s license are required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior Ambassador experience.
• BSN.
